Where do you ship?

Medicube ships orders within the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually process within 1-3 business days, and standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after processing.

Is standard shipping free?

Free standard shipping is available on all orders shipped within the United States. Expedited shipping, when available, may require an additional fee shown at checkout.

Can I return a skin care product?

Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days from delivery. Opened personal care items are not returnable unless required by law or the product arrives damaged or defective.
